Dr. H. G. Koshia is working as Commissioner at Food & Drugs Control Administration (FDCA), Gujarat, INDIA since January 2009. He was selected as Joint Commissioner in 2001 through competitive selection process conducted by Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC). He is one of the longest serving state drug regulators in the country. Diverse experience of 38 years in regulatory affairs working in government and industry. Leading a cross-functional team of 1550 diverse regulatory experts to implement & enforce applicable regulation to regulate 5800 drug manufacturers and 55,600 sales units in Gujarat. Dr. Koshia persuaded his graduation & post-graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences at L.M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Saurashtra University, Gujarat, INDIA. He holds Diploma in Business Management from Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management, Mumbai, INDIA. He has also received many Awards & Recognitions from Central Govt., State Govt. & Various professional bodies for e-Governance and Good Governance.

Mr. Yashasvi Yadav is an IPS officer of 2000 batch, presently serving as the Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra Cyber Department, the nodal agency for cybercrime and related matters in the state. A graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA holder from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, he has trained numerous IAS and IPS officers in cybercrime as a guest faculty at prestigious institutions like the National Police Academy, Hyderabad, and the Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy, Mussoorie. He has also undertaken mid-career and specialized cybercrime courses at the University of Cambridge, UK, and the University of Sydney, Australia.
He has been honoured with the Rajiv Gandhi Public Administration Award and was nominated for the Prime Minister’s Award for Public Administration for his innovative e-governance project “Lok Samwad”, which improved citizen engagement and public service delivery.
Recognized globally, he holds several patents in Information Technology and has received international accolades, including the Webber Seavy Award by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and recognition from the Kennedy School of Governance, Harvard University. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a Black Belt Dan 5 in Taekwondo and an International Squash Player.
Mr. Yadav has also been instrumental in implementing the Maharashtra State Cyber Security Project, a groundbreaking initiative that integrates world-class cybersecurity solutions, digital forensic tools, and expert personnel under one roof at a state-of-the-art facility. The project aims to bolster the state’s cyber infrastructure, enhance digital security capabilities, and provide law enforcement agencies with cutting-edge tools to combat cyber threats effectively. This pioneering project has revolutionized Maharashtra’s approach to tackling cybercrime, ensuring the safety of citizens in the digital landscape. His strategic insights and leadership have been pivotal in safeguarding citizens’ hard-earned money, with his and his team’s efforts successfully saving more than ₹500 crore from cyber frauds.
